Copy generated component code manually

Recommended
  1. Generate your component in v0
  2. Click "Code" tab to view the implementation
  3. Use the "Copy" button to copy all files
  4. Create a local project and paste the code
  5. ZIP the project folder
  6. Upload ZIP to FinishKit

Clone to Vercel

Deploy to Vercel and export from there

  1. Click "Add to Codebase" in v0
  2. Choose "Create New Project"
  3. Deploy to Vercel
  4. Access the repository created by Vercel
  5. Import the GitHub repo into FinishKit

Common Issues

  • • Make sure all dependencies are included in your export
  • • Check that environment variables are documented (don't include secrets)
  • • Verify all files are present before creating the ZIP
  • • Large projects (>100MB) may need to be uploaded via GitHub
